RHUBARB is set within Drapers Hall, a beautifully preserved Grade II listed Tudor building dating back to 1483, still home to the historic Shrewsbury Drapers Company.
At RHUBARB, we serve seasonal, locally sourced dishes with care and creativity. Our menus celebrate the best ingredients from local, small and independent producers. Whatever the occasion, we offer a welcoming space for lunch, dinner and special events. For something more private we also offer an elegant dining area for more intimate gatherings which is full of charm and character.
